what i did before two sisters: before two sisters catering, i worked the many different sides of the service industry for the past 12 years. i am a USAF veteran. 

favorite food memory: 2010, learning to make chicken cordon bleu for the first time

most memorable experience at two sisters: what I love most is that every event has something memorable to hold. the family created and pride shared amongst that family. 

favorite food at two sisters: um, chicken, it was creamy based sauce with mushrooms and super yum, but idk what it was. 

least favorite food in general: lowkey, i really don’t like barbecue.

one dallas experience everyone should have: klyde warren park. any festival at fair park. the murals in deep ellum.
