Plated Menus

starting at $38 per guest, from two to six courses of fine dining can be brought anywhere and are the top of the line. chef selected ingredients and artful presentation will add to the experience by our professional chefs and service staff.

starting at $22 per guest, a complete meal. some of our favorites include signature green salad, salmon medallions with lobster sauce, slow cooked beef short ribs, wild mushroom basil pistou pasta alfredo and roasted brussels sprouts with honey glazed carrots. include chocolate dipped strawberries on your buffet or signature dessert bars.


Cocktail Buffet Menus

starting at $22 per guest, these menus are the perfect fit when you are seeking a more varied and substantial menu and are often considered a light meal; imagine peppered beef tenderloin, turkey and smoked onion meatballs, with sun-dried tomato orzo pasta and our savory “apple pie” baked brie.

Ultimate Cocktail-Stations Buffet Menus

starting at $30 per guest, they are the perfect party solution. Ultimate cocktail buffet menus offer a wide variety of choices and often include “stations” like our mac and cheese station or classic crab cake station. imaginative small plates are also a way to keep things fresh and fun.


Light Fare Menus

are ideal for an open house, “drop in” events, or those midday parties. starting at $15 per guest, these menus are designed around chef selected cheeses and local produce, then we add a couple of tasty treats like our caramelized shallot dip, miniature cocktail sandwiches or our spinach and ricotta tortellini skewers to create your light fare menu without breaking the budget.
