what i did before two sisters: I worked as the front of house manager at the meadows museum in dallas. i was also the assistant to the membership director and event specialist there as well.

favorite food memory: going to my mama’s house as a little girl and having her homemade macaroni and cheese. that recipe has been handed down for generations.

most memorable experience at two sisters: learning all of the ins and outs of the catering world. everyone always says food is one of the most important parts of an event. i have learned just how true that is since I started here.

favorite food at two sisters: slow cooked beef short ribs with red wine horseradish sauce

least favorite food in general: mushrooms and avocados

one dallas experience everyone should have: going to the state fair and hitting all the museums—they are awesome!

what most people don’t know about me: I can make a really mean buttercream icing, and I have a pretty large tea set collection
