Passed Canapés

beginning at $22.50 per guest, are a selection of bite sized hot and cold passed hors d'oeuvres ranging from lobster lollipops, beef negimaki, orange bbq salmon crostinis, walnut gorgonzola tartlets or roasted avocado tortilla soup shooters. Creative “bites” to allow your guests to taste and mingle. A perfect style of an event built for gallery openings, receptions and events with limited seating. Light Fare Menus

are ideal for an open house, “drop in” events, or those parties when a more casual feel is required. Starting at $15 per guest, these menus are designed around artisan chef selected cheeses or farmers market local produce, then we add a couple of tasty treats like our coconut curry dip, miniature cocktail sandwiches or our duck flautas and citrus infused shrimp to create your light fare menu without breaking the budget.

Cocktail Buffet Menus

starting at $25 per guest, are the perfect fit when you are seeking a more varied and substantial menu. Menus composed mostly of finger foods, your Two Sisters Catering Event Specialist will help create a range of creations and combination that are limited only by your imagination. These cocktail buffet menus are often considered a light meal; imagine pomegranate chipotle barbeque turkey or lemon honey almond roasted salmon with green apple jicama slaw and our savory sundried tomato and basil pesto goat cheese cheesecake torte.

Ultimate Cocktail Buffet Menus

starting at $35 per guest, offer the perfect all-purpose party solution. We can make the menus as classic or modern as needed to fit your style, and are these menus are great for adding “stations” like our classic risotto station or our modern spaghetti squash station. Ultimate cocktail buffet menus will offer a wide variety of choices for events that do not require everyone to have a knife and a seat; such as "bullseye" caviar cheesecake torte, espresso bean rubbed beef tenderloin, signature pasta and if you seek a little action our chef attended crab cake stations are always a welcome addition.

Dinner Buffet Menus

starting at $25 per guest, offer a hearty formal meal. These menus can be designed for a plate, on a lap or seating for everyone. Start with a pear and goat cheese arugula salad, only to be amazed by the porcini seabass, and the apricot garlic demi-glace on the beef tenderloin, and do not forget the horseradish white cheddar smashed potatoes and roasted baby vegetables. Include a brownie flight on your buffet or place a balsamic strawberry cheesecake for each guest.

Plated Menus

starting at $40 per guest, from two to fifteen courses of fine dining can be brought anywhere and are the top of the line. Chef selected ingredients and artful presentation will add to the on site experience by our professional chefs and service staff. These menus are entertainment/dining at its most lavish, intimate and often expensive. Rental requirements and menu selections will be determined by site location.
